Products correctly supplied are not eligible for return or refund. 

Products with a manufacturing defect or incorrectly supplied are eligible for return, subject to prior approval

Please contact us and we will assist you to complete the return. Once the product has been received back at one of our warehouses we process a full refund or replacement
